About us Inside the National Psoriasis Foundation From its origins in a tiny newspaper classified ad in 1966, the National Psoriasis Foundation has grown to be an award-winning nonprofit organization that has helped hundreds of thousands of people. The Psoriasis Foundation is driven by a caring, nonmedical staff and governed by a national lay Board of Trustees, all of whom have had their lives impacted by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. We are the voice and the advocate for the millions of Americans affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
