Capitol Hill Day 2008 materials

Use the links below to download materials to help you prepare for Capitol Hill Day 2008. The materials for advocates will help prepare you for the training on Sunday, March 2. Please also familiarize yourself with the documents for congressional offices, which you will distribute during your meetings on Monday, March 3. We will provide you with hard copies of all the documents you need for the training and your visits on the Hill once you arrive in Washington, D.C.

You can also prepare for Capitol Hill Day by learning more about your congressional leaders. Click here and type in your ZIP code to find links to Web sites with information about your elected officials' positions on health care issues. You can also prepare for your meetings by practicing telling your personal story in a brief (2-3 minute), emotionally effective way.

If you have questions, please contact Alyssa Brown, advocacy coordinator, at 503.546.8407, or e-mail abrown@psoriasis.org.
