Airfare Discounted airfare can also be obtained by contacting the Psoriasis Foundation's travel agent, Linda Miller, at 800.742.1000. All attendees who use United Airlines through Linda Miller will receive a discount of 5 percent off the daily published fee.

Cost: $89 per night, plus tax

The Psoriasis Foundation has arranged a special room rate for our conference attendees for the nights of Friday, Aug. 8, and Saturday, Aug. 9.

Registration must be made directly through the Hyatt Regency Woodfield to receive the discounted rate of $89 per night, plus tax, for single/double occupancy, based on availability.
