Nearly 400 people gathered in Boston, Mass., for the National Psoriasis Foundation® 2005 National Conference, Aug. 5-7, and they came away with new friends and hope.

The conference provided attendees with information about new treatments, tools to improve daily living and opportunities to advocate for increased research funding and awareness.
