Hello all,
SB 913 is the Biologics bill being sponsored by California State Senator Joe Simitian. It is now moving into the California State Senate Appropriations Committee and will be heard Monday, May 16. This is a HUGE deal!
Please fax or email a letter to your State Senator to let them know you support this legislation. Please specify that you have PA and how long, and explain how biologics have improved your life. Also, if you've had any difficulties obtaining approval from your insurance company, PLEASE explain that.
You can also call either/or their district office or Sacramento office. Immediately identify that you are a constituent, provide your address and tell them that you are strongly in support of SB913. Then you can send a fax or email. ;)
