Aug. 15-19 I'm going to be visiting Senator Gordon Smith, Senator Ron Wyden and Rep. David Wu. Who will YOU be visiting?

There are some powerful senators and representatives from states in the Mid-West, but we're not going to reach them unless their constituents sign up for Local Lobby Week. (http://www.psoriasis.org/advocacy/lobbyweek/)

Remember, we have a resolution in the Senate to recognize August as Psoriasis Awareness Month (http://www.psoriasis.org/news/stories/2005/20050726_llw.php). Let's find some senators to cosponsor it during Local Lobby Week and make sure it passes!

You may already have heard, but the U.S. Senate passed the resolution to recognize August 2005 as Psoriasis Awareness Month (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050801/sfm110.html?.v=16) by unanimous consent late last week.

This is going to give us great momentum as we head into Local Lobby Week (http://www.psoriasis.org/advocacy/lobbyweek/).

And speaking of Local Lobby Week, where are all the folks from Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Idaho and Montana???
