HI! how you doing?....it sounds good...I'm on most of those not NAC...I read about it on there and it looks good too...I'll go back and read more on it...an antioxident I think! try the program and see how you do...what is your diet like....fresh fruits and vegies....how about dairy...do you get itchy after certain foods?
At what stage is your P at now? and what meds are you on? :p
Did you go to Cleveland clinic?
ha ha so many questions....if you are swimming you are getting Vit D3 ......when you aren't in the sun I think Carlson brand cod liver oil lemon flavored might help...got lots of EFA's......and I take it straight up with water...never even taste it altho it is very light not oily at all........

I really like that protocol. And I like that they aren't trying to sell a product, just telling you what will help.

It didn't mention changing your diet however. I think that is the first part of the protocol.

I was given a bottle of cayenne/glycerine extract, and I've had a terrible time getting it down. Now...I'm gonna make cream out of it with coconut oil.
:D

Dulane if you have some Bee's wax try that in your cream ...not too much but it gives the cream a bit of substance to stay on the skin longer....
I really liked it in some of the creams I made....have you used it before? I just shaved some from a block I have and melted in an old pan/jar set in another pan of hot water on the stove.....

Yes,

I've made salves with beeswax for years. I usually infuse the plant matter in olive oil in a crock pot on the the Low setting. It takes up to 2 hrs to infuse most plant oils.

But I love the cold expeller pressed coconut oil, because you can mix just about anything into it, and just bring it up to 80 degrees to work with it.

A potpourri pot and a candle ought to work for small batches. Or a fondue pot. You DO NOT want the oil to boil.

We should get together and have salve parties!

I bought a bunch of beeswax at a yard sale this summer. It was the type that looked like unused honey comb. This is very spendy at a craft shop, but dirt cheap when people are emptying their homes of 'clutter'. It sure is easy to use in this form.

For anyone that has never tried it...here is a good site on starting...at least you will know what is in the lotion or salve....
