Udo's Oil

I'm planning to buy some Udo's Oil online for my boyfriend who's got PA. Just wondering if anyone here has taken the oil and has any opinion on its usefulness. Many thanks.

It depends on the price. These oils are a wonderful addition to improving your health. But they are a part of an overall lifestyle change.

Don't expect one bottle to change his health. (Never say never, tho!) It might!

I buy my omega 3's from Costco. I've been using them daily for 8 months. And I use primrose oil, flax seed oil and my favorite, Carlson's Cod Liver Oil.

But I use them along with a diet change, and I have had very good luck with the whole regimen. I also have PA, and it has stayed at a minimum since I got with the program.

The Costco oils actually are rated as being pretty good quality and reasonably priced.
