Hi everyone,
Having looked round a few psoriasis sites I must have seen zillions of 'It works for me' type alternative treatments.
As there are so many differences between them, from yoga to urine therapy (!!!) is there anything to be learned from them?.
As we all know there are lots of fraudsters looking for our money but not all of these opinions can be fraudulent, I'm sure some people are just sharing their opinions about 'what works for them', because they genuinely feel it does work for them.
My point here is, as we are always told that there is no cure, would it be best to choose treatments on instinct or gut feeling, in that if your instinct is telling you that yogas going to work, then maybe it will, if your instinct is telling you to make dietry changes, maybe this will work.
I suppose the hardest thing is tuning in to your instinct, honest assesment of the drugs/treatments we use is difficult without knowledge, so I would say, be as well informed about it all as you can be , and follow your instincts!
All the best, FrankLee
