Would it be fair to say that, as most alternatives simply work on the basis of good living, like good diet, good psychology and good lifestyle that in fact it's the pharmaceuticals that are the real 'alternatives therapies'?

Start with the 'traditional' stuff...thats what I say!

All the best, FrankLee ;)

Without a doubt. Diet should be the first line of defense, and if rashes persist, eliminating processed foods should be considered.

With the exception of young people, the thing we can control, is what we eat. You don't have to be a saint, but it doesn't hurt to aim in a better direction.

I wish I could have seen the future when I first found a dry patch on my scalp. I would have been a little kinder to my body since then, and maybe could have averted the eventual spread, including PA.

frankly, Franklee, that's a really good way to look at it. Maybe if we hadn't screwed up most of our food supply and our environment so bad, and people got more exercise, we wouldn't need half of those pharmaceuticals in the first place.

Sure would save us all $$$ in the taxes we pay for medical care.

Franklee,

I think it's nice to incorporate the best of both worlds. :D

My best,
