Phototherapy and hair

I don't recall this being discussed but I thought it might be a good topic.

I have no scalp p so to say except for a tiny little spot at the nape of my neck just above the base of my spine.

I've seen a handheld wand from daavlin that has a comb to get the light to the skin, just curious if any of you have used that or have shaved/removed hair to allow the rays to access the psoriatic skin.

I have a couple of stubborn patches on my scalp that keep coming back. I haven't used a wand, but I have parted my hair and exposed as much as possible while in the booth at my Derm. It did clear. I was using dovonex solution on my scalp as well at the time, so I'm not sure if it was one or the other or a combination.
