I am sorry to hear that you are in pain and suffering. I know how bad it can be...
So, we do need more information on your current situation in order to be able to really help you. Can you please give some more details?
For example, there are times when my palms are so sensitive that I have to wear gloves and cannot even pick up a plate without extreme pain. Then I take narcotic pain killers. Other times, the palms are sensitive, but not that bad. Sometimes exposure to water is like burning my skin with acid ( feeling like the wicked witch of the west ).
For most extreme situations with psoriasis, there are medicaions that can help to alleviate the most bothersome symptoms. In order to offer good advice, we need to know more, please advise.
