I take Ultram (tramadol is the generic) and tylenol. It helps a lot.

I also use 100% cotton sheets. I also use only free and clear type laundry products. You want your skin to be able to breathe, i.e. not retain moisure. That helps me out a lot!

Hi geralyng, I had to quit wearing jeans a long time ago. I stick with cotton pants and tops. One little tip I have is if your underwear has side seams, wear them inside out so the seam doesn't rub your skin. We only use cotton knit bed sheets. I try to only wear the most comfortable clothes I can find. I'm definately not a fashion statement but my skin likes me better for it. Hope you find something that helps. Hang in There!

Thank you to my friends who suggested 100% cotton sheets and backward undies (the thought of it made me laugh) (but look who's wearing them inside-out now!!!!!!!!!)
Thank you, sometimes the answers are there, we just need someone else to tell us.
HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT EVENING.
