At work, around 4:30, I walked into the hallway and pain where hip meets abdomen, where your leg bends, stopped me in my tracks. I walked slowly to my office, taking SHORT steps, that helped. All the way home it ached a bit then it was ok. I just walked out of the bedroom and actually gasped from the pain and sat down on laundry, lol....not hurting right NOW, I'm afraid too fast. Ligament? Tendon? I need a tune-up? lol

Yep this happens to me. My doc told me that it was the tendons. They hurt bad. Seems if I just step wrong the rest of the day it will hurt. Does your get worse when you walk or stand alot? The doc says it will clear up when the Hurmira kicks in and reduces the inflamation.
Good Luck!

Oh yes,I have been dealing with pain in my left thigh from the outside of my knee to the hip and the tendon in my left groin for about 6 weeks now. Tendons are one of the targets for PA.

Thanks. Still "twinges" today, I am trying to take short steps. That helps.

This is probably your hip flexor tendon. You can find out like this. Stand in a doorway and hold on to both door frames. Loosen that leg and swing it from your foot - DON'T clench the upper part of your thigh.
If this feels good, it's the flexor tendon. You can keep doing this exercise to loosen it up if it feels good to do so.
