Weird Change

Howdy,

Over the past couple months I've had one chronic spot change in color from red to a sort of brownish color, and change from flaky to a bit puffy. I meant to bring it up with my derm last week but lost my nerve because it's in a sensitive area and didn't mention it. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Should I be scared? Other than this my p has been great for the past year so I don't know where it's coming from.

No, I would not be worried about it. I have a few spots that do something similar to what you are describing. (One on my Knee does it quite often.) I have never brought it up to my Derm as I was never overly concerned about it.

I have pretty much tracked it back to how much sun light I give it. Or if I let it get dried out. (Must remember to moisturize)

If the sensitive area is the one I think you are referring to, and I had something going on that made me question if I should be scared, I would be at my Dr.'s office ASAP! You should not feel embarrassed to show a Dr.
