Infrared LED Light Therapy for pain??????? Anyone heard of this?

This does not say used for arthritis but read where it says "How it works" and scroll down and see what it being tested for.
I have tendonitis and not much helps except cortizone shots. I hate to have those.
If someone is going to a physical therapist,,,,please try to find out about this.
