For those who have home light units--How long did it take you to get them once you were approved by insurance? Did your dr order it or you? Thanks! Jennifer

Most likely, you will place the order well before you find out you are approved.

Took me year of fighting with my insurance company. Then I went to Daavlin and they got it approved in a few weeks. Once they were paid it only took about a week to get it built and to my door.

I have an Ultralite 72P10NB, a 6 foot 10 bulb narrowband unit. After approval from HMO Blue I ordered and paid for the unit myself, dealing directly with Ultralite. The unit shipped once payment was received and delivery took about 7 days. I submitted the claim as soon as I had the cancelled check and was reimbursed within a month.
