Enbrel: How long do I have to stay on it?

Hello everyone:

I tried doing a search on this, but came up empty. I'm on Enbrel now, and am wondering if I have to stay on it indefinitely, or can I come off it when my skin clears.

If you have P, it is possilbe to come off it once you are clear, and try to stay clear with topicals, uv, or luck.
If you have PA, you have to stay on it forever (well, a year or two until another option becomes availbe).
