I think I have a P spot after being clear over 2 years...

For me the P wasn't as big a problem as the PA and once I started MTX for the PA, I never had even a single spot of P...until now it seems. I have a spot on my wrist that appeared last night...waiting to see what happens. I'm on Enbrel now also. Worries me that this means the Enbrel is losing it's effectiveness. I've also had more PA symptoms the past 6 months or so. Dr. upped my mtx at last visit.

So sorry to hear it broke through. Hope the new Rx mix clears it right up.
