Stopping Enbrel

I will be stopping Enbrel to get pregnant. I am worried that my PA will progress. I never knew what it even existed until about 15 months ago. I thought I had carpal tunnel. My PA wasn't bad, and I am taking Enbrel for my P. My derm told me that the progression of PA would stop while on Enbrel. I wonder if it will get bad while I'm off of Enbrel. Any input?

Probably.
What I have heard is that with P you can clear, then try to stop Enbrel, but for PA it is a for life thing.
It may take a little while for the PA to kick bacl up, so mayne it woon't be so bad.
Also some P gets better when you get pg, so maybe th ePA will get better also. (other types get worse ;))
Hopefully someone can come along with more encouraging infomation.
