You have had about the same number as UVB treatments as I have, how long are you in the machine? You said in one posting that you have some plaques that are clearing. I am up to....39 seconds. I think there are some subtle changes but I don't think it has done anything for my thickest plaques yet.

this is my current treatment specs:

Treatments (at 3/week): 7
Dosage (in mJ): 450
Time (m:secs): 2:12

i have type III skin(darker, doesn't easily burn). this allows me to progress at a quicker rate than those with type I and II.
