Just venting, pain in feet today of all days!!!

I have so much to do...Christmas dinner is at my house! Woke at 4 a.m. to use the bathroom and I have so much pain where my feet meet my toes....I was on my hands and knees with feet bent cleaning the bathroom last night. Today I'm supposed to do my floors and yes, I do it the old-fashioned way, not with a mop...but today a mop will have to do I guess! Hubby will be drying. UGH.

I find that soaking my feet in warm water with Epson salts really helps. Hope you feel better.

Sorry you are feeling bad today. I can relate. There is so much to do and the PA won't give me a break. I hope you feel better soon, so you can enjoy the holidays. Vent anytime.

have you tried CROCS shoes?...people with arthritis seem to like them...I like them for shopping and anyplace else that I would wear walking or tennis shoes....in fact I have a closet full of shoes I never wear now!
I know it won't solve todays problem...but for future maybe!

Crocs seem too soft for me...the best shoes for me are Dankso, they don't let your feet flex too much. Clark's are pretty good too.

I've found the shoes made by New Balance plus my custom made orthotics do wonders for me. Yet even so, if I'm on my feet for an hour or two, they hurt so bad I could scream. Very frustrating.

Hope you find some relief. Let the floors go dirty. Who's gonna notice anyway?
