Need advice about knee pain??

I haven't posted in awhile, I'm on Enbrel for P and PA and have been doing well. Until recently my right knees been bothering me and starting yesterday it has gotten really painful when I move. I can hardly walk and have to use a cane and even with it any pressure to the knee sends a sharp pain and it really hurts. I'm probably going to call my Rhuemy tommorow my next appointment is 1-25 but I can't wait that long. Does anyone know what could be going on??

I'm glad your calling your doctor tomorrow.

RARELY you can get a septic joint/infection in your joint. I had a friend that this happened to who has PA and she ended up in the hospital for a week... :( She doesn't post anymore.

Could be just a flare ( I know " just " - ugh so painful ) I know when my joints are out of control my rhuemy insists on seeing me just to rule out an infection.
