I found this in my pharmacy. I thought I had
heard about it a long time ago and It is supposed to be useful for psoriasis. Any
thoughts or opinions on this product( which is used for pets and farm animals).

I recently used this product and it does help keep the shin moist and without scales however it is very messy to use. I could only use it in certain areas. It also has a bad smell. If you can live with that, it does help.

Years ago Bag Balm contained mercury which was extremely effective for reducing psoriasis symptoms. I have been overdosed with mercury most of my life and am only mildly wacky, so I don't agree with all the medical paranoia about it. But Bag balm is just another moisturing salve now so forget it!

I use Bag Balm also. First, I use Clobetasol Propionate for about 10 days. After then, my skin clears, then I keep it moist during the day with Bag Balm. It works for me. It helps keep psoriasis away for a while, but eventually I have to go back and do some "touch ups" with the clobetasol.
