Insoles...do they work for pa?

I have recently came across infomercials on good feet and phase 4 orthotics on tv. I was wondering if anyone has tried any type of custom made or something more than the typical flimsy insole to aid in their pa? I know posture is important but do these posture aid products really do anything to relieve the pain and swelling related to arthritis? If anyone has a possible answer for this I would love to know. take care.

I wear sport orthotics. I was diagnosed with a high arch. Mine are custom fit to my foot size. I am constantly on my feet and YES they do work in my case. I think a foot doctor could help you out more with this problem. Good Luck
