Pumpkin & sunflower in particular. I've read these are very alkalizing seeds, but they are also sources of omega-6-9, so that would throw off the 3:6:9 ratio a bit. Are these seeds beneficial for P in your case?

I am originally from Central Europe where there is a long tradition in pumpkin oil making. Pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil are part of daily diet one way or the other. I always enjoys eating fresh bread dipped in pumpkin oil.
Despite all the benefits pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil offer I concluded it for myself that is is NOT beneficial for my condition, on the contrary, it seems to make my P to get worse. Of course everyone is different and I would not rush into making conclusion for everyone. Try it and see for yourself. MikeCa

Never eaten them for P but a handful of pepitas / sunflower seeds before bed will help you sleep really well.
