It would be interesting to try mass meditation, by selecting a quiet time when we can all reinforce our thoughts and hopes or prayers we can accrue greater power in this respect than alone. Whatever your religion or belief if we cover all the bases it could not do any harm. My idea of a quiet time to send our thoughts and hopes to the universal consciousness would be Sunday eve at ten PM est. Any comments?
Fitzy,
I'm with you. What could it hurt? It might even bring us closer as a group. Sunday at 10 P.M. is fine for me.

O.K. Mama, I guess I should have said daylight time this time of year. Can do no harm and should not conflict with anyones religious belief. Good thoughts are always soothing anytime.

Count me in. I've just been diagonsed and I am at the end of my rope. I have no support group in my area and even if by here, to know someone like me is tuned in at the same time gives me some comfort.

hi Fitzy:
My prayer was answered In the spring of 2001, when my lovely daughter brought me an amazing balanced nutritional support system. I started using this system in the midst of an out-break from new clothes from my daughters shopping spree. I have had over the course of the past year, 0 inflammatory response and 0 out-break, of Pustular Psoriasis, that I was diagnosed as having in 1998. Also my daughter is Type 1 diabetic, and she has incredible results from using this system.
So if this is something that interests you, feel free to contact me at eyzatia@msn.com

Hi Livsophie, my thoughts exactly. I like to start with deep breathing to relax, inhale and hold it as long as you possibly can, then exhale as much as possible and hold that as long as you can, then repeat and it will give you a complete feeling of relaxation for meditation. I use visualization for sort of an astral travel. very soothing.
Seems like this time of year is always the worst for my ps. Later in the summer when I'm more active it lets up some.

I'll be concentrating ten o'clock Sunday the 11th. Can you do this in a pool?

Anywhere that you can relax without distraction, Brad. preferably not while driving! Depends on your degree of concentration. I can tune out a lot of noise and still meditate.
