PA and Neuropathy...

I met with a new Dr. today (Dr. Solomon in NYC)
who said that I had PA and Neuropathy AND the that the one was not related to the other, but since they both happened at the same time in the same places it's very hard for me to believe that there is no connection...

Does anyone know about this? any relationship to arthritus and Neuropathy? does anyone else here have both?

I am experiencing the worst pain in my life... my arms hands feet and lower legs feel like they are being crushed and boiled in hot water at the same time...it is near constant and seems to be increasing...

thanks for any help you can suggest... he is testing me for heavy metals poisoning and gluten allergies, but I still feel like it is connected to the PA in some way...
