Has anyone tried Dr. Fuhrmans Eat to Live Diet?

i never heard of this one but there are forever new diets always coming out one claiming to be better than everything else,, best thing to do is look at what they are selling and decide based on that,, check into everything,, can you catch anything they say that you know is false? also look up the name of it and put forum after it,, and other words to get different results,, look for anywhere online that has people using it and see what they have to say,, watch out for any of them that cut other methods down to make themselves look better,,, anything good wont use that strategy,, good luck.
