Yep - always have been. Develop p at 13. I am finally getting good nails, thanks to pregnancy & prenatal vitamins. :D I found weekly manicure's in clean environments helped tons for keeping them short & well groomed. Also, fake nails were a great help at hiding my less than girlie nails.

I have had paper thin nails all my life, but they have not shown any signs of P yet. Don't know if it has anything to do with it or not.

I have always had very thin nails also but I get fake one's....LOL! I cant stand how thin they are so getting fake ones solves that problem!

When my back had flared up, my nails did not break easy but they did get very soft. The Derm I had at the time didn't know why even after I asked if it could be the Psoriasis. This Derm specialzed in hair transplants....I know, can you believe my insurance sent me to him? I ended up getting a Derm that knew a lot about Psoriasis but now my insurance won't let me see him anymore, citing that my GP can take care of my needs. My insurance even recenty dropped some Psoriasis meds from their list. I hate insurance. Sorry I vented.
