I an a patient of PA. PS is from 2 years. For last
2 months before I knew that I am a patient of PA also.
I felt lowering of joint pain by following breathing exercises in morning:
a. 10Minutes deep breathing in and out.
b. 15 Minutes forceful exhale
c. 15 minutes soft breathing by alternate nostrils.
Please experience it and share.
