/I have noticed that the number of people viewing different threads has varied greatly over the months that I have been here.
When I was first diagnosed I always saw that there were 700+ people viewing the main psoriasis part of the forum. I have seen a decrease over the last few months.
My question-Are there statistics available over the months/years that show any trends related to new members/number of hits on the site/number of new posts/etc. My thoughts are that weather/seasons/incidents that cause stress/etc may have some impact on psoriasis in general. I was wondering if there are statistics availible related to this website to show any trends?
I figure that looking at trends here might help shed some light on seasonal issues with psoriasis, the impact of significant historical events, etc as they relate to psoriasis. I wonder if there was a spike, or decrease after 9/11 (for me it before the psoriasis kicked in, but really impacted my thought processes. I didn't worry about my own issues, but thought more globally and about those who were directly dealing with the loss of family).
Just a thought, might be something interesting to look at.
