Whew! FINALLY, after much setbacks on the monetary, time, and personal fronts I have gotten a shipment Enbrel today. Thank God for The Encourage Foundation (and for this website that first enlightened me about it). Just took my first 50mg shot in over 6 weeks and will hopefully be adding to the attack with some Cyclo come Wednesday of next week.
I know the stuff can be slow in acting at times, but it is such a relief to actually have medicines on hand for a change. Load off of my mind. Would like nothing more than to celebrate with a cold brew, but I suppose I better wait off until I'm feeling more up to speed for revelry. Maybe ONE beer won't hurt, right? =)
Anyone else here been on Enbrel and then had a lapse of near two months before continuing the meds? I'm just so worried that it's gonna act slower than before in combating the P because of the gap of time sine my last injection.
