It has been a while since I found this "miracle", so I know that it works.
At least for me so I feel obliged to share.
I was cleaning up after my grandkids left, and while picking up scattered toys, and etc...I put the 4 year olds wrist band on and continued to clean.
To my surprise when I bumped my wrist in "the" spot, it did not hurt. The wrist band was semi-tight and protected my sore spot. I have been wearing them on both wrists now for over a year and feel completely naked without them. It is truly AMAZING how much this little thing helped. I found the best place to get them cost effectively is a sporting good shoe store. They come in packs of 4, and all wrist bands wash and dry great. They feel WONDERFUL and tight just coming out of the dryer. I have a great selection, even one with the rolling stones logo. The best thing is THEY WORK.
I hope and pray this helps someone, it has been so great for me.
G-d bless all and Happy Holidays.
Sincerely,
Cathy K

Cathy,

That's wonderful! :)

I found that using wrist splints are very helpful too! My rheumatologist has me use them when I'm flaring and to do to range of motion exercises when they are off. He has fitted me with two pair ( I lost one somehow!? ).

Happy Holidays to you too!
Karen

Years ago at the "Mountain Heritage Festival", that comes here in WV in June and Sept., I bought a leather bracelet for $5 and found that same protection for my wrist. I wear it all the time. At work I use leather or rope/cloth bracelets and fingerless gloves...helps keep those spots warm.
