Happy National Psoriasis Month

So we begin National Psoriasis Awareness Month.......I have made a goal and commitment to educate no less than one person a day about psoriasis for this month.
Shouldn't be too hard since I have to explain 'what is wrong with her?' to atleast one person who sees Emily everyday. I'm actually delighted when someone atleast comes out and asks and doesn't just stare and point...so wish me luck! Here it goes!

OK so far I have sent emails to every publication that I subscribe to (especially the health ones) to let them know that they are missing out of a golden oppurtunity... Emily has asked me not to post posters at her school, she would rather handle it one on one when asked, which I have noticed with her first grade nobody even seems to notice! Thank God for that!

Dear Ladies,
I requsted the poster packets and gave them to the nurse and science teacher at my daughters school.They are going to use them in health class. What a way to educate the student body with the help of the National Psoriasis Foundation.
