Hi, I'm leaving in Monterrey Mexico,and here the temperature rises on summer near 113 f

My girlfriend has psoriasis but she's leaving in a warmer place, the highest temperaute there is about 89.6 f.

Her psoriasis is not so severe when she arrives my home, but during her stay the psoriasis arrise and starts to cover almost al her body.

What can i do to help her to feel comfortable!? What she can do to make her travel easier because of the hot!?

Another question:

Which one is the best way to help someone with psoriasis!? and at the same time do not let that this affect yourself!?

Hola. Lo siento que su amiga se seinte que mal. Pero no entiendo si es mas caliente o mas frio a su casa cuando ella viene. Creo que Ud. dije que estaba mas caliente?

Cuando ella viene, Ud. podria comprar ( no se como se dice moisturizer, como Eucerin ) para ella usar. Ponelo en el bano, y en la cocina. Tambien, Ud. podria poner agua en el airo en los cuartos.

Pero, tal vez mas importante, debe preguntarla que Ud. puede hacer. Si la pregunta en una manera simpatica, estaria muy bien. La cosa mas importante , tiene que preguntala como se siente, y entonces, escuchala. Eso no es muy dificil.

Yes here in Monterrey is more hot and the
psoriasis get worse because of that.

I will sugest her to use Eucerin,(moisturizer is Humectante in spanish).
even when she's at home.

Thanks for the information and if you need to practice ur spanish go ahead i'm open.

Another question she's interested in use
the DERMAREST line, (DEll Laboratories) do you know some place where she can get some products of this line and see the way to send it here, in mexico!? I'm some drug store or company!?
