Just an update for those who are interested.

Ian spent about 36 hours in the hospital 2 wks ago for his asthma. The staff kept asking about his overly dry skin. I had to convince them that it is like that all the time because of his P. Our ped. has put him on breathing treatments twice a day until June and then we will go to treatments once a day.

His P is acting up again. He is pretty broken out. The heat isn't helping and really it's not that hot, yet.... They places behind his knees are starting drain again this spring. I am a little worried what the summer will bring. We have an appointment with the dermatologist in May for a recheck....

Ian has what he needs most in this world - a mom who loves him. God bless mothers.

Summer sun used judiciously can help P. Salt water if you can get to it may help even more.

Please keep teaching Ian that the P and the asthma are just bumps in the road. He can overcome both with a mom like you helping him deal with life.

Mike,
I am in Oklahoma City. About 6 miles from where it hit. I am more toward the center of town and it hit the NW edge. It cam scarily close to my parents and sisters but they are all okay as well. The only damage was a broken tree limb in my folks yard.

Hey! Have not heard from you in awhile and wanted to see how Ian is doing? I went to your website and was pleasantly surprized to see that you have new photos of Ian. What a doll!! He is getting so big. Well it is getting late and I was suposed to have the girls in bed awhile ago. Talk to you soon.
