Share with others who YOU really are

Do you have psoriasis, like to draw and want to teach others about the disease?
Now's your chance.

The theme of this year's poster contest is
"Sharing with others who I really am."

The winner will receive a scholarship to our National Conference in Chicago, Illinois, August 8-10. The scholarship will include travel, hotel and conference fees for the winner and guardian!

All you have to do is follow the instructions below to enter the contest.



Poster Contest Guidelines


Anyone between the ages of 5 and 18 can enter.
The winner(s) will receive a scholarship to attend the National Conference in Chicago in August.
The winning poster will be announced at the conference, published in the July/August Psoriasis Advance (http:///resources/publications/advance.php) and used
to get the word out during Psoriasis Awareness Month (August).
Posters must be received by June 1, 2003.
Don't forget to include a separate sheet of paper with the full name, address, telephone number and age of the artist.
Please also include a picture we can publish in the Psoriasis Advance. (A snapshot or school picture will be fine!)
Paintings, drawings, collages or any other flat artwork is acceptable.
All posters must be created on paper no smaller than 8 1.2 by 11 inches and no larger than 11 by 17 inches
Remember that the poster should teach people about psoriasis.


Make sure your poster answers these questions:

How do you see yourself?
How do you think others see you?
Is there more to you than just your psoriasis?
