Hi to all,

I have been reading some of your posts and will try to get to more later. I would be interested in corresponding with any of you that have teens or young adults with P. My son is 28 and I can relate to all that you say. He has had P since about 15. It started as other things but I do believe the eventuality is the Erythrodermic P he has now. My email is dunfried@hotmail.com and I would appreciated corresponding with any of you.

Any others:

We (Travis, Dodie, and myself, Diane) will be at the Convention in Chicago. I believe middle of the afternoon is the ONLINE COMMUNITY MEET AND GREET. We will be there and hope to meet some of you...If you can respond to this and let me know if you will be there and we will all have a good time and meet new friends.

Thanks,
Diane

Welcome to the board. I am 27 and have had p since I was 15, very similar to your son. I have plaque and guttate p on about 20% of my body and currently use tazorac on my legs (seems to be doing nothing for me) and ultravate on the rest of me. I'm starting to clear on my chest, stomach, and back pretty well, I just need to find a way to help keep myself that way. I'm unable to make it to the convention mostly because of my work schedule, but I am jealous of all those going. Hopefully you and your son will learn what is best to treat his erythrodermic p. Get all the info you can from those doctors that will be onhand, they are the best. Good luck.
