There is a spice called turmeric that has worked to help clear Psoriasis. You can find it at the health food store in capsule form. My son has had gutate P. for two years and we have used every cream lotion and shampoo. we even tried light therapy. I gave him one capsule a day and in sixteen days his skin was almost clear. His scalp still looked nasty so I gave him two a day and in two weeks his scalp looked great. This is being used and researched in the ttreatment of many other things like, arthritis, bowel problems, high cholesteral,MS and more. I am so excited I had to share it with everyone.
