I bought some yesterday at my local health food store. Frequently called Curcumin which is a tumeric 18:1 concentrate. Each capsule is 500 mg and the "consultant" there told me to start with one a day. I'll stay posted on the results. -kiki
ps. I am suspect about buying supplements from Albertsons, Longs or any other big chains.

look in your phone book (yellow pages) under health foods...they should give you a nice list and addresses....the staff can usually answer any questions you might have
