I'v started, 9.00pm ( Australian time )
I bought a packet of Tumeric powder today & I am mixing 1 teaspoon 4 times per day with a shot of milk.
It tastes like s**t but if washed down with another shot of milk directly before a meal, it is palatable.
I will keep you all up-to-date often, so wish me luck.
I am also creating a photo diary ( with dates ) just in case it works.

Is there a reason you bought the powder rather than the capsules? It seems like it would be easier to stomach if it were in a capsule.....I saw it for $4.50 for 100 caps 720 mgs at A health products online store..............plus I think health food stores carry turmeric..............anyway it will be interesting to read and see how you make out............I myself am on the noni juice from Hawaii and seeing great results ....Ive been trying different variations along with the juice....such as using lotions of my own making, trying the capsule formula for traveling etc. right now I'm on nothing but noni juice ...no lotions...but still using the hot tub for dead sea salts....................good luck ...we want to hear how it goes.....:)

from MG217 thread, posted by evanrowler Type MG217 into Google and form your own opinion as i I do
If we can get all the information we need from google, then why are you cont. to post updates? Seems redundant doesn't it?
I really hope this works for you, but please have some consideration for your fellow posters.

It's not about a subject, more-so a product.

so your point is incorrect & invalid.

Today is the 30th Sep & I have stuck to this plan 4 times per day with no noticeable change to anything, it has not upset me in any way & my scales are as per normal, I will give this a go for 4 weeks & will continue to give you weekly updates.

Dear Spiderman,
You might be interested in getting Curcumin capsules that have a concentrated amount of tumeric. I got them at my health food store but I've seen them for sale on line and they're not terribly expensive. -kiki
