Hi everyone. You may think im crazy and false but, I have embarked on something quite amazing (For me that is). And it may help for you fellas and ladies out there suffering with this dreadful disease.

About 5 months ago, i ran into this article in my local newspaper stating how special cream, diet, and tea can help get rid of psoriasis. I dicided to give it a try.

I went to the specialized store (Called Rostoplasc) which deals with skin care, prodominatly Psoriasis. Talked to the lady, shown her my lesions. She gave me two creams (They contain Unsaturated hydrocarbon, Vitamin E/F, Hippophae oil and pinetree bark) for the day cream and the night cream had other ingredients. She also gave me a strict list of what food wood be bad and what food is good to eat. Chicken (skinless), Turkey, Fresh fish and many others are good to eat. Tomatoes, alcholic beverages, beef, pork, apples are many more are bad to eat. I have a whole list. I followed this diet strictly for 5 months.

In addition to this strict diet, I also bought tea herbs which she prescribed (some of the contents are tree bark, dandilions, etc.. i dont know off hand the others) I drank 1 liter a day (not everyday), hoping that this routine will make my disease disapper.

Now you guys might be saying.." well this guy is another fraud.. he doesn;t know what he is talking about." But let me tell you i wouldn't believe it myself. My psoraisis has almost dispeared. It has been very faint for the past 2 months now, and is getting fainter. No more scales, just a very faint reddish colour which cannot be seen unless up close. Now i countinue to take these creams, follow the strict diet and drink as much tea as i possible could. I hope this winter will not flame them up again as what usually happens. Ill keep you guys posted on my condition.

BTW.. The Rostoplasc program says it takes 6 months for the pshorasis lesions should totally disappear.

Hi Commando,

First, welcome to the board. We aren't going to flame you for your post. Actually, it is fascinating as this is something I don't think we've heard about here.

I think it's wonderful that you are having such good results. It might be helpful to others if you could post some information concerning how to find this, even better, a link. Also, I am wondering about the cost?

It seems that you are aware of the discussions concerning alternative treatments, please rest assured that you are most welcome to post about your experiences without critisism.

They have a webpage (I assume it is the same people since it is an unusual name). They discuss psoriasis in the 'skin disorder' link.

It is always great to hear success stories. Hope it is not short lived. I am not a big fan of tea, so for me to drink a whole liter everyday....oh well :-(
Let us know how things go

Yes, i also did sunbath for a couple times in the summer, this also helped battle P.

I believe what helped me the most out of these is the tea. The diet and creams help somewhat. The tea also makes my entire skin more vibrant and healthy.

The tea I drink is called dermatitis tea. I had got it from a herbal store in the my city of Toronto.

Ingredients: Oak bark, Willow Bark, Club moss, Fumitory, Black walnut hulls, Greater celendine, Nettle leaf, Speedwell, Marigold and Milfoil.

It says take 1.5 L daily (Which is a hell of a lot)

I take only 1 liter a day.

It also states not take take this tea during pregnancy.

And yes, id be lying if sunbathing didnt help me, it does help my P allot.

Commando -

How is your Tea/diet therapy going? Looks like it has been a number of years now... I was wondering if you maintained your results.
