To all,

If you haven't had a complete physical examination lately, I would advise you to do so, post haste.

If you are overweight, take off those extra pounds. Excercise and treat yourself to a healthy diet.

If your cholesterol (LDL level) is high, lower it. Excercise and eat a healthy diet.

If your blood pressure is high, lower it. Excercise, healthy diet and stress management.

True, some things are inherited, like high blood pressure, but through proper diet (eating those things you should and eliminating the rest) and daily excercise, you will most likely be able to keep them within reasonable levels. Try a good diet and excercise first before you go for the medications.

Also, for some info regarding natural supplements that you can take to improve your health, go to the following site:

WholeHealthMD(dot)com

BMI (Body Mass Index)
Take your weight and multiply it by 705, then divide that result by your height in inches, then divide that result by your height in inches again. If the final result is 30 or greater, you are considered obese.

Best of health and happiness.

Drive carefully.

Hi Jor-EL,

Could you please inform me as to how your post relates to the subject matter of this forum?

Thanks.

Hi jor-EL,
I do have to ask the same question as PJLeary. Whilst your posts are very eloquently written, you do appear to have some kind of agenda somewhat inappropriate to these pages. There are no doubt more suitable sites for your views, such as naturopathy perhaps.

kind regards, Peter
