Enbrel-Insurance

I was on Enbrel last summer and my P and P/A cleared up. I started running and lost 60lbs.

Now, I'm breaking out again and I'm stiff as a board. My lovely insurance will not cover Enbrel for me anymore.

Any suggestions for my appeal? I need all the help I can get.
