Capitol Hill Day Deadline Approaching!

First of all, I would like to thank all of the folks on the message boards that have signed up to join us on Capitol Hill May 16-17. If we could generate the kind of interest and support in the entire psoriasis community that you guys have shown, we would quickly see some significant improvements in federal funding for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis research. We are all looking for a cure, and millions of additional dollars for research will put us that much closer.

Second of all, I would like to encourage those of you who haven't signed up yet, to do so really soon. The registration deadline is April 15 (tax day). Sending in your registration form for Capitol Hill Day on the same day you pay your taxes gives you the opportunity to have a more influential "say" in how those tax dollars are spent. It's not too late to get involved.

When you join us in DC, you WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE. As I've said before, when strangers start acting like neighbors, communities are reinvigorated.

I know of couple of people who have asked how many people have signed up for Capitol Day but have got no response. Why? Is the number that small?

When are you going to reval that number? It is important to know how many are planning on going to Washington. I know there is a major issue with cost, distance and time but why so secretive?

Please post and answer. I am willing to wait till after the April 15, deadline but post it!
