While going through FlakeyMatt's thread "Enbrel, P and Me!" I found a post by surfnomore that mentions Kaiser Permanente covering his Enbrel. I'll try to make a link, but if it doesn't work it's the first post on the third page of that thread. http://www.psoriasis.org/forum/showthread.php?threadid=4276&perpage=25&pagenumber=3

Dear Mommomt
I would try to avoid Kaiser as stated in a previous note they are not any good. I had them for a long time and I finally got rid of them. I went with Blue Cross when I was working. Enbrel does have a patient assistance program you might want to give them a call. If you qualify there is no charge for them to deliver the product to your home. If your company offers a PPO I would got with that.
