Walk to Cure Psoriasis
Make a difference for people with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis just by walking!
The National Psoriasis Foundation holds the Walk to Cure Psoriasis in over twenty cities across America. The walks are fun events that bring people together to raise money to find a cure and to make people aware of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Most Walks have live music, free snacks, goody bags—and a great walk route to follow (you can run, skateboard or bike, too). If you raise money to help us find a cure you can earn cool prizes.
If you'd like to help us find a cure and raise awareness, talk to your parents about signing up as a Family Team:
- A Family Team is a group of walkers that can be as small as a family of four or can include dozens of walkers (like your relatives, friends, neighbors or your parents' coworkers)
- Whether small or large, family teams have one thing in common—all are walking to help find a cure for a loved one
- Starting a family team is a great way to get family members and friends together to show their support of that loved one and help find a cure
