The Psoriasis Foundation offers a variety of information booklets to help patients better understand psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and their treatment options. Encourage your patients to contact us
The National Psoriasis Foundation can provide on-going education, connection and support to your patients through our on-line message boards, psoriasis mentors, our community events and our health educator.
Psoriasis mentors
Psoriasis mentors are volunteers who have psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis and want to help others through their own experience. They can provide additional disease information and emotional support to patients who are newly diagnosed or who are struggling with their disease. Communication between mentors and patients is conducted via e-mail or over the phone.

Psoriasis Action and Connection Kit
The Psoriasis Foundation can offer your patients a free Psoriasis Action and Connection Kit (PACK), a one-year complimentary membership to the Foundation* and the option to be paired with a psoriasis mentor.
