NPF Resident’s Meeting in Dallas next weekend
Given the recent concern about the Ebola outbreak and the affected patients in Dallas, the National Psoriasis Foundation wants to reassure you that the Resident’s Meeting in Dallas is still scheduled as planned.
The hotel site is 5 miles from the hospital where the Ebola case has been in the news. Dallas is considered safe; In fact, to date Dallas is not even included in the list of airports that has implemented screenings. Dr. Alan Menter of Baylor, who is leading the NPF Residents Meeting, has been in touch with Presbyterian Hospital where the Ebola case has taken place, and he is completely reassured that it’s safe.
We are looking forward to a very successful meeting next weekend.
